Soon there will be no need for an Xbox Live Gold membership to play free to play on Xbox. We are working hard to make this change as soon as possible in the coming months.
In short, Microsoft has been attentive to the reaction of the players and, most likely, she realized that it would certainly not be a good marketing move to "dirty" her image with a price increase in these months when Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S have just arrived on the market.
However, it is not for everyone to take a step backwards like this in the face of the natural controversies of the community and indeed take the opportunity to remove further payments. We can therefore only congratulate Microsoft for the attention paid to the players.
