Although it was born from excellent premises, Google Stadia has never managed to establish itself as a “fourth inconvenience” in a market, the videogame one, dominated by the Microsoft - Nintendo - Sony triptych.
The good impressions gained initially, largely related to the excellent quality of the streaming offered by the platform, have clashed loudly with a line-up that appears to be sensationally greedy for titles capable of stirring the conscience.
Almost slipped into oblivion on the occasion of the launch of the new generation consoles, Google Stadia could however soon redeem itself. According to what was revealed by Jack Buser, Director of Games of Stadia, there are many projects currently in the works.
"We have put together a roadmap of about 400 games in development, by 200 different developers," Buser emphasizes, framing these new releases within a time window that "includes 2021 and beyond". Interesting.
