First of all, you will need to obtain 58 different synthesis materials in order to unlock the recipe. While it may seem like a daunting task, you will actually unlock this requirement without even realizing it. But if you want to facilitate the process, carry on for most of the title using the "Vice Favorite" Keyblade (obtained by finishing the Toy Story world) for a higher drop rate of the materials. Upgrade the Vice Favorite at the Forge to make it more powerful and to use it for as long as possible.

Ultima Weapon has 13 Attack and 13 Magic as its basic parameters, its Situational Command is Ultimate Fusion and the abilities automatically granted by this Keyblade are Combo +, Aerocombo + and Situation +.
