Over the course of Minecraft Live 2020 Mojang has released several details on the future of the brand and, in particular, on Minecraft Dungeons. The latter is a Dungeon Crawler set in the Minecraft universe that focuses heavily on the multiplayer sector and the developers have announced that cross-play will be introduced.
Mojang will release an update during the month of November which will allow owners of a copy of the game for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 or Nintendo Switch to play together. The update that implements cross-play in Minecraft Dungeons will be released for free, but it is not the only news announced by the developers. In fact, the game is preparing for the launch of some paid dlc such as Howling Peaks and Apocalypse Plus, both to be released in December.
The two dlc's are expected to be sold individually at a price of $ 5,99 (the European one has yet to be clarified), although it is possible to buy the Hero Pass at a cost of about 9,99 euros and also have access to all other additional content.
