Pokémon Sword and Shield for Nintendo Switch is certainly not a perfect game, but it was able to bring many players closer to the competitive side of the title.

As many of you know, each Pokémon, for each of its characteristics, has numerical values that make that particular characteristic to its maximum potential. It's about the famous Individual Points, more commonly referred to as IV.
IVs have a value ranging from 0 to 31 and to max out a Pokémon's IVs you will need silver caps and pro training..
The silver caps can be found in different ways in the game: have them as a reward for fighting in the Battle Tower, get them for some Battle Points (LP) at the Battle Tower or in many other ways. But there is a modality that, in speed and simplicity, surpasses all others.
In the wilderness, near the Pokémon hostel, you will find the Spade Brothers in Shoulder. These are two diggers who, at the price of a few Watts, will dig for you and give you the objects they find.
Well, among these there is the possibility that they will find silver caps. In this way, with a few Watts you can obtain several silver caps in a short time. After that, get your Pokémon to lv. 100 and go to the Battle Tower. On the right is the Pro Trainer who can subject your Pokémon to pro training.
Pro training consists of bringing all IVs to 31 and, to do so, you need a silver cap for each attribute to maximize his IVs.
