The return of sci-fi horror will happen with The Callisto Protocol only in 2022 but the partnership with Skybound Game was recently announceds, section of the well-known comic publishing house, for the distribution and marketing of the title developed by Striking Distance.
The announcement was made via a tweet from The Callisto Protocol's official Twitter account:
We're excited to announce that we have partnered with @SkyboundGames on the Callisto Protocol! We're thrilled to have these masters of horror working with us to bring The Callisto Protocol to life! #CallistoTheGame pic.twitter.com/JQ1buHpREB

The choice is undoubtedly spot on, since Skybound Games has specialized in horror titles thanks to the distribution of some videogame transpositions of The Walking Dead.
For the occasion Skybound Games has released a cinematic trailer of The Callisto Protocol, but in reality it is the same video released when the title was announced at TGA 2020:
Please note that The Callisto Protocol is developed by Striking Distance, a team that brings together industry veterans as well as proponents of the horror trilogy Dead Space, among the most popular in recent gaming history. We just have to wait for new details on the title in the coming months, considering that 2022 is still far away.
► The Callisto Protocol is a Survival-Horror-Adventure game developed by Striking Distance and published by Krafton for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, The release is scheduled: 2022
