Publisher Chorus Worldwide and Japanese developer Tricore have announced a new survival horror for 2021: Yuoni.
The game is presented as follows by the publisher: "Hey, do you wanna play Yuoni? With these words, a girl is thrown into another world where it is always evening. A school building, an old-fashioned Japanese house, a spooky hospital… a nostalgic and gloomy world at sunset.
The first half of the game will consist of a hide and go where you have to hold your breath, hide from enemies and search for various objects. While, the second part will have a more action cut where you have to escape from enemies. Yuoni is the first first-person horror with two completely different faces."
The game will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PC and will support 4K and 60 fps. It will be playable and testable for the first time during Akihabara UDX Digital Games Expo 2020 in Tokyo on November 29th.
