A few days have passed since the start of the 3 season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and as with every season there have been quite significant changes. The new drops in Warzone are certainly important, now more varied and interesting, thanks also to the addition of new weapons. Almost zero changes in the statistics of the weapons, which have seen changes almost exclusively in the name of some accessories.
In this guide we will go to see some of the best gear to use in Warzone, so you can go into battle safer than most players.
It is clear that to use these setups we propose, in most cases, it will be necessary having reached a medium / high level of the weapon, it will therefore be necessary to level them before they can be used to their full potential. If you have the base game Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare, we advise you to play a few games on playlists that include small maps in Dominion mode, such as Shipment, Shoot House or Rust, in order to maximize the experience points obtained. If, on the other hand, you don't have the base game, to level the weapons faster, we recommend playing a few games as well swag, where you will be able to use your equipment immediately and in case of death you can respawn after 20 seconds.
But no more chatter and let's start describing the equipment to use in game!
In most equipment, the loadout we recommend consists of two main weapons, then an assault rifle or submachine gun and a sniper rifle as a secondary. Alternatively as a secondary weapon an RPG can be used by one of the team members or a JOKR to take down vehicles or enemies on very tall buildings. For this reason the specialties we are going to use will all be the same except for the cases in which we are going to use a launcher as a secondary weapon.
The specialties recommended for the two primary weapons are therefore:
- Cold blood;
- Excessive response;
- Tracer.
If you want to use a secondary weapon instead of a primary we recommend:
- Cold blood;
- Ghost;
- Tracer.
"Cold blood" it's an almost fundamental specialty at Warzone, because it makes us immune to AI targeting systems and doesn't make us visible to thermal optics. Ghost is also fundamental, especially in the final stages of the game, since it makes us invisible to UAVs, radar drones and heart sensors, and therefore in case you use the class two main weapons with the perk "Excessive Response" however, halfway through the game it will be necessary to request a second throw of equipment to take the specialty "ghost" and pick up the sniper rifle as a secondary weapon so you have everything you need. As for the third specialty, we recommend in case of a single match "Tracer" to highlight the footsteps of enemies on the ground, while if you are playing in a team we recommend choosing different perks among the members of the team, in fact it may be useful for a partner to have equipped the perk "Locator", which allows you to defuse C4, mines and Claymore.
Described the specialties we now pass to the tactical and lethal equipment:
- Lethal: matters of taste, we still recommend C4, Claymore and proximity mines. Here, too, try to vary with the team.
- Tactical: Heartbeat sensor
But now let's move on to the highlight, which is the one that interests us most: weapons. In Warzone, as well as in Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer, there are no perfect weapons, each one has strengths and weaknesses, it is up to the player to find his weapon, master it and finally adapt it completely to his style of play. We recommend those that we believe are only some of the best weapons, and with them also the best accessories to equip.
M4A1
The M4A1 definitely is the most used weapon on Warzone, has excellent stability, has good damage and is very easy to use. The accessories we recommend you add will allow you to have an excellent improvement on range, precision and control, so as to be able to easily engage even medium / long range enemies.
- Sprint: Monobloc silencer;
- Cane: Stock M16 Grenadier;
- Optics: Mini Reflex GI;
- Ammunition: 60 round magazine;
- Under the barrel: Commando front.
Obviously they are not universal accessories, but they have been tested and in our case they proved to be effective, changes can be made to improve mobility if you are a player who likes to corner enemies, or you can safely remove the lens to add another accessory if you are comfortable with the metallic of the M4A1.
M13
This is a very underrated assault rifle that has recently received an improvement in terms of headshot damage multiplier, becoming a very valid weapon especially due to the practically total absence of recoil.
- Sprint: Monobloc silencer;
- Cane: 16,0 "Tempus barrel;
- Optics: Mini Reflex GI;
- Football: FORGE TAC Stalke stock;
- Ammunition: 50 round magazine.
In this configuration the M13 enjoys an impressive stability and thanks to the increase in range given by the muzzle and the barrel it is possible to engage enemies at medium-long range very easily. Also in this case the optics can be removed in favor of another accessory.
Degree 5.56
Probably the best assault rifle for Call of Duty: Warzone in our opinion, excellent cadence, excellent stability and very low recoil. This is a very powerful weapon if you can master it correctly.

- Under the barrel: Cronen Shark II;
- Handle: Cronen Sniper Elite;
- Ammunition: 50 round magazine.
In our opinion, the proposed configuration is exceptional, thanks to the very thin metal viewfinder you can easily do without a lens and add a grip that adds considerable stability and control. A variation to further improve mobility and stability would be to remove the augmented magazine and add a kick or laser, but we strongly advise against this.
Mp7
The only machine gun we will mention in this guide is the MP7, devastating at short range, stable and accurate at medium range with the right accessories. It is a weapon that few use in Warzone, but as soon as you try it you will hardly go back.
- Sprint: Monobloc silencer;
- Cane: FSS Recon barrel;
- Laser: Tactical laser;
- Under the barrel: Commando front;
- Ammunition: 60 round magazine.
Here too, thanks to the barrel and the muzzle, we are able to have an excellent range and exceptional stability, if we then add the 60-round magazine you understand for yourself that you will easily be able to destroy even teams of three / four people alone without reloading. Try it and you will not regret it!
HDR
Let's start talking about the two sniper rifles of Call of Duty: Warzone, starting with HDR. It is a rather difficult sniper to use at first due to its slowness, but when they hit, its shots are almost always lethal even at very long distances.
- Sprint: Monobloc silencer;
- Cane: 26.9 HDR Pro barrel;
- Laser: Tactical laser;
- Optics: Double power thermal sight;
- Football: FTAC Champion.
In this configuration you have tremendous control and also a very good range. Some modifications can be made on the laser that being visible to enemies some may not like it, it can be replaced with a biped or with "Quickness of mind", specialty weapon that allows you to hold your breath longer.
AX-50
The AX50 is certainly a more versatile sniper rifle, it is slightly faster to use but has a reduced range and even if it goes against the statistics, it tends to make more hit markers, at least in our tests. However, he remains an exceptional sniper who is definitely to be preferred in slightly more frenetic play styles.

- Cane: 32,0 ”Factory barrel;
- Optics: Double power thermal sight;
- Football: FSinguard Arms Marksman;
- Handle: Granular handle.
Depending on the style of play adopted in Call of Duty: Warzone, even here you can make some changes to increase for example the viewfinder mode or if you need the perk “Readiness of mind”.
For editorial purposes we have obviously listed some of the weapons that in our opinion are among the most versatile in Call of Duty: Warzone, excluding those that in our opinion do not reach the versatility of those proposed.
