The FIFA 21 season, also thanks to the arrival of TOTY, has entered its maximum splendor. After the numerous Christmas events and, in fact, the first cries of the long-awaited team of the year, which will bring several amazing players in the packages, with absurd statistics, the players continue to absolutely populate the game servers, taking part in the many game activities available. It is no mystery, however, that the queen mode of the FIFA 21 ecosystem is and remains there Weekend League, which also (and above all) near the arrival of TOTY continues to hold the bench with its usual mix of adrenaline, sweat, defeats, victories and lots and lots of competition. But how do you best deal with a long-awaited and so expensive event? Difficult to answer this question because, clearly, like all things, everything varies according to the approach of the players, which can always be different from case to case.
Despite this, it is clear that there are some tricks that could help you face the very hot thirty games that make up the Weekend League, available from Friday until Sunday night. Of course, we are not saying that following these small steps you will win them all (not even we win them all, on the contrary!) But, as in our case, they could help you to live the experience in a more "light" but at the same time shrewd way possible.
Tip number 1: divide the matches
We know, it may seem like a cliché but, precisely by virtue of the fact that it involves playing thirty games over a weekend, wisely dividing the "load" is the first step to better face the efforts of the Weekend League.
The ideal would be to play ten games per day, therefore 10-10-10, but we recommend concentrating your forces in particular on the second day, ie Saturday, the “lightest” one even at the server level. On Friday, also thanks to the arrival of new challenges and objectives, the risk of facing very strong people or burdened servers, it is better to play as few games as possible, maybe 5-6, and then play 10 on Sunday and the rest, in fact , on Saturday, perhaps distributing it throughout the day.
Tip # 2: Avoid buying players during the Weekend League
Another obvious advice, but in reality very very valid is that relating to building your FIFA 21 team. Do you have to prepare - rightly - the team for the next competition? Well, of course do it, but never on Thursdays or during the days when the Weekend League is active. The reason? But it's very simple: you would lose a lot of credits! By buying players during those days, in fact, you will risk paying them much more than their actual value, as prices undergo a sharp rise during the days when the competition is in progress precisely because, mistakenly, many players make the mistake of modifying the team in progress.
Our advice is therefore to arrange the team between Monday and Wednesday, days when the market is more flexible and you can take home your goals while saving some credit. And then, trust me, altering the current team can lead you, unconsciously, to play differently just to adapt to new players and, consequently, be less effective than you would like.
Tip 3: know when to stop and when to continue playing
Have you lost two or three games in a row and want to recover at any cost? Do it, but not right away! It is no mystery that the FIFA 21 ecosystem, especially the competitive one, revolves around very precise algorithms that are difficult to rely on, and for this reason there are times when the game, in a fundamentally tacit way, favors one or the other player.
Consequently, one of the smartest things to do is to be able to balance your energies well and avoid "tempting fate", especially when you find yourself channeling a losing streak that is too long that could both ruin your record and your morale. If you continue to lose, then, forget it: take a break, rest, do something else, and then start playing again when you feel more energized and relaxed. Likewise, when you see the moment turning in your favor, keep playing! Strike while the iron is hot, because you may find yourself holding a few more wins that never hurts, especially considering the "limited" nature of the competition.
Tip number 4: have a lot of patience and above all, never give up games!
Getting angry, losing patience, cursing, as the most obvious thing in this world during the FIFA 21 Weekend League, does not give you any advantage. Rather. Staying clear, however difficult it is, is one of the foundations of a good result, much more or in the same way compared to having a very strong team or being a pad phenomena in hand. For this reason, the psychological "preparation" is well founded and quickly becomes a fundamental watershed between a victory and a defeat, although in any case the other factors always and in any case have an equally important impact. And just continuing the speech, it is also important to never abandon matches, even when you are losing with a heavy result, for two fundamental reasons.
The first is the most practical: from this year, in fact, 400 Rivals points are earned simply by playing WL matches and therefore it is never convenient to go out. The second, on the other hand, is linked to the matchmaking system which can be altered by abandoning matches, penalizing those who do it by pairing them (Not always!) With much stronger players in the next match.
In short: these are the most important tips that we would like to give you first from players and fans and then from insiders, with the hope that they can work for you too. We repeat: we are not telling you that you will win all the games but, we hope, that in this way you could start living the competition in a more conscious and serene way and, perhaps, get some more wins. And have fun with FIFA 21!
