A Monster Hunter World problem that could plague many hunters, especially those who want to craft different sets of armor or those who are just starting out, could find themselves in financial difficulty as they make new equipment. We explain in this guide how to avoid being in this situation, with very simple but effective methods to earn zenny, the currency present in Monster Hunter World.
- Accumulate tons of demonic seeds and nulberries, then resell them.
You may have noticed that reselling many items collected during missions will give you a meager amount of zenny, some even 1 zenny per piece. Notwithstanding that you don't want to get rid of loot coming from monsters (you might regret it later, trust me) there are two perfect items to make money: nulbacca and demonic seed. The nulbacca eliminates some altered states and to be honest, you won't use them a lot. The demon seed slightly increases the attack for a few minutes. The first sells for 80 zenny per piece, while the second sells for 140. The reason why we also recommend the nulbacca is precisely due to the infrequent use of the same, compared to the demonic seed. Once the grow room is unlocked, make sure you have a champion of each type and start farming to multiply them. It will take a few mission completions before the harvest is rich. What to do in the meantime?

- Bounty hunts
Completing a bounty usually allows you to earn more zenny than a basic mission, as well as granting extra rewards. The latter are collected separately by means of special boxes in bronze, silver or gold. Depending on the color, the extra reward will be rarer. To unlock the bounties you will have to actually exterminate x amount of the monster in question.
Example: If you want to unlock a bounty for the Great Jagras, you'll need to eliminate one first.
- The rascal cloak
One of the optional cloaks is the rogue one. Its usefulness is perhaps one of the best, as allows you to drop materials from the monster as you attack it. Obviously it's all related to the amount of damage you do, so make sure you have good equipment, with an element to which the monster is weak and beat it with a lot of reason while wearing the cloak. You could also drop 10 materials on the monster in question and, as you well know, the pieces of the monsters are worth enough. Even against meager monsters you can rack up more than 10.000 zenny per mission. The Rogue Cloak can only be obtained from GC 5 on, completing an optional mission assigned by the Astera gunsmith(The mission involves hunting a Rathalos and a Rathian in pairs).

Remember, as you continue the second and third steps of going to harvest seeds and nulberries every time the grow room notification warns you of the finished harvest. Finally, be aware that accumulating a total of 1.000.000 zenny will serve you towards the Bronze Rich Hunt trophy.
