In Assassin's Creed Odyssey, once you find the city of Atlantis, quests related to trophies of mythological creatures will begin. In addition to the Medusa, in the video game you will have to find and defeat the Cyclops, the Minotaur and the Sphinx.
The Medusa is found on the island of Lesbos and can be found by unlocking the quest “Romancing The Stone Garden”. Upon completion of all quests you will get the “In Perseus's Image” trophy.
The Cyclops is found on Thisvi Island in Phocis once the “A God Among Men” quest has been unlocked. Upon completion of all quests you will get the “Eye on the Prize” trophy.
The Minotaur is found on the Messara Island and you will unlock it by following the “Myths and Minotaurs” quest. Upon completing all quests, you will get the “A-maze-ing Victory!” Trophy.
The Sphinx is found in Boeotia and you will unlock it by following the “Lore of the Sphinx” quest. Once you have completed the riddles you will get the “Riddle Me This” trophy.
The puzzles are twelve in total. Here are the correct answers to all the questions:

- “As small as your thumb, I am the light in the air. You might hear me before you see me, but trust me I'm there ”. Correct answer: Hummingbird.
- “It can bring the dead back to life. Make you cry, make you laugh and rejuvenate yourself. It is born in an instant but it lasts a lifetime ". Correct answer: Memory.
- “In the night they arrive without having been taken, and when the day arrives they disperse without having been stolen”. Correct answer: Stars.
