The Niflheim cipher pieces are some of the various God of War collectibles. Unlike the collections, however, which are used to raise money, these are used to unlock a secondary content of the game. In fact, the world of Niflheim will be accessible when 4 of these collectibles are found. Unlike the guide on Muspelheim ciphers, this will contain spoilers about advanced game zones and events. In this guide we will see how to unlock the realm of Niflheim in God of War as soon as possible.
- FIRST CIFRARIO
The first Niflheim cipher can be found just off the mountain when the name of the new mission appears on the screen. The treasure containing the cipher will be in front of the player, with a golden shimmer to indicate its location. If you have lost it, just go back to the area in question by going back to the top of the mountain.
- SECOND NUMBER
The second cipher can be found on the path in the Jotunheim quest, which takes place quite late in the God of War story. Specifically, the cipher is found in the Temple of Tyr, at a certain point Kratos and Atreus will find themselves in front of two enormous chains that will allow to overturn the temple completely. Before interacting with these chains, there will be a treasure on the other side of the area, with a golden shimmer. Inside this treasure will be found the second cipher.
- THIRD DIGIT
This third cipher can also be found in Tyr's temple. During the crossing of the temple there will be a puzzle in which Atreus will have to shoot some sap to make it explode. After you get past that trap there will be a treasure in front of Kratos, containing a cipher
- FOURTH DIGIT
The fourth cipher can be found in a very advanced section of God of War. Inside the stomach of the serpent of the world. When it comes to the end of the stomach, after recovering Mimir's eye, just turn around to see a treasure with the fourth cipher.
Taking this cipher will unlock Niflheim, and if you already have the 4 Muspelheim ciphers, the Trilingual trophy.
