The world of Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom is really wide and the environments are varied and full of puzzles to solve - thanks to the skills of the transformations - to proceed in the story. In the pirate level, in particular, it will be necessary prepare a roast pork stew in order to awaken a member of the crew, Percy, which will then allow us to access the pirate ship.
To do this we will need three ingredients: pineapple, berries and a turnip.
To find pineapple you will need to get on the platform where the cannonballs are. There, after using the nose of our transformation into a pig and having guessed the position of the platforms, it will be necessary to transform into a toad and swallow a cannonball. Climbing on the platforms you can get to the main gun, inserting the ball inside the muzzle of the weapon. At that point you can light the fuse, using - if in our possession - the burning sword o the magic of fire. You will need to repeat this process three times, changing the position of the cannon each time using the lion's ground slam over the weapon, which will move accordingly. In this way You will get a chest containing the pineapple in one of the platforms above, always reachable through a sequence of jumps between the hidden platforms.
For the turnip, we will have to go underwater e move on grassy meadows in the snake form. Letting themselves be carried away by the current, they will meet three levers that will change the combinations of the verses of the currents in the water corridors. To reach the casket with the ingredient, it will be necessary move only the first and second lever, leaving the lower one unchanged.
For the berriesInstead, just take advantage of the rings above the ship stranded in the center of the scenario: By destroying the blocks that stand in the way in the lion form, you will have to transform yourself into a toad and use your tongue to launch yourself from ring to ring. Arrived at the last arch on the left, it will be necessary to reverse the direction, moving towards the rings on the right and finally arriving at the casket.
Collected the ingredients, it will be necessary light the fire under the main pot (thanks to fire magic or the flaming sword), then stand next to the sign on which the ingredients are written - in the pig shape - and press the button that will appear on the screen. At that point, after a short cutscene, you can finally direct yourself to the pirate Percy and continue in the playthrough of Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom.
