Thanks to the latest update released by Ubisoft for The Division 2, a new exotic weapon has been introduced, namely the Nemesis sniper rifle.
The unique talents of this weapon undoubtedly make it the best sniper rifle in the game:
- Counter-Sniper: it is possible to load the shot by keeping the trigger pressed in order to increase the damage up to 100%. Also, if the shot doesn't kill the enemy, the next bullet will take less time to load.
- Nemesis: Aiming an enemy will mark him as a "nemesis" for 15 seconds, so you can follow his movements even behind solid surfaces. The next hit on the nemesis gains a damage bonus of 5% for every second it was marked up to a maximum of 50%.
- Preparation: Keeping the weapon in the holster will give a 25% bonus on the next headshot.
In The Division 2 to get the portentous Nemesis sniper rifle you will have, as with any other exotic weapon, to obtain its different components. Before doing this though, it will be necessary to reach the World Tier 5 (or world tier) and complete all its contents, including the stronghold Tidal Basin. At this point you can return to the stronghold just mentioned to start the hunt for components.
IMPORTANT: To get the components as a drop from the bosses you will necessarily have to wait for the relative stronghold to be invaded by Black Tusk (the rotation of the invaded strongholds is weekly).
So here is the exact position of the four components and of the Nemesis scheme:
- Viewfinder: to get it you will have to look for the access key of the Black Tusk inside Tidal Basin. This will be on the bedroom floor on the top floor of the building where Ortega will give you instructions on how to insert ISAC into a laptop. At this point you can use the key to open a door in the hovercraft bay; inside this room you will find an “Adrestia SR1” sniper rifle that you simply need to dismantle to find the viewfinder.
- Cane: this time you will have to head to the Capitol, as you can get this component by defeating David “Prime” Maxwell, the final boss of this stronghold.
- FootballTo find football, all you have to do is defeat Klutz, the final boss of the District Union stronghold.
- Shutter: You will get the shutter as a drop from Erin "Cap" Linwood, final boss of the stronghold of Roosevelt Island.
- Scheme: Once you have all the components, for the final piece all you have to do is start the Grand Washington Hotel (during the invasion), reach the main lobby and here you will find "Puck". At this point, all you have to do is defeat this boss to get the blueprint.
At this point you will have unlocked the construction of the Nemesis from the creation station, and you will be able to wield one of the most lethal weapons of The Division 2.
