The Last of Us Part II, Naughty Dog's new title released exclusively on PlayStation 4, has a fairly substantial list of trophies and, although many of them are relatively simple to obtain, some may make it impossible to obtain the platinum trophy at the first run. They are in fact hidden trophies, which could be lost if you are not aware of their existence. However, discovering them will expose you to inevitable spoilers, so it is good to consider looking for them by facing the adventure a second time. Let's see, however, what these hidden trophies are and how to get them to proceed on the road to platinum.
IT FITS YOU WONDERFUL
The first hidden trophy to watch out for is obtainable during Ellie's first flashback, in which Joel will also be present. This section of the game is set in a museum, where Ellie, upon entering, will be able to find and wear a cowboy hat. To get the trophy "looks wonderful" you need to proceed without haste, placing the hat on some skeletons as you visit the rooms of the museum. At this point Ellie will be able to ask Joel to wear the hat and will try to convince him as they go through the rooms dedicated to the dinosaurs, so it is very important not to rush (the risk is to miss the opportunity). After putting the hat on the skeletons and convincing Joel, a command will appear to put him on. This will unlock the first of the various trophies hidden in The Last of Us: Part II.
AIM THIS AIM!
The second hidden trophy can be unlocked in the course of the chapter set in the stadium. This is also easily obtainable, as you will only need to pass by the quartermaster's table to see a shooting range and start a match with Manny. To get the trophy you need to win the race, but don't worry about the difficulty as you just need to perform a series of headshots to ensure victory (and the trophy).
WITHOUT RIVALS
The last hidden trophy featured in The Last of Us: Part II can be unlocked during the aquarium flashback. In this section of the game you will be able to pick up a toy bow from the ground and use it for a timed challenge. Fortunately for those who don't feel particularly adept at using the bow at speed, the area in which you hit the target will not affect the final outcome. This means, therefore, that you will only have to concentrate on hitting enough targets within the time limit. The challenge can still give you a hard time and, therefore, the best thing to do is to identify the targets before the start. Once you have won the challenge you will get the “Unrivaled” trophy, but you will not have another chance in case of failure and it is wise to save before starting archery.
Once these three hidden trophies have been unlocked, not too difficult to obtain, the road to platinum in The Last of Us: Part II will be paved.
